sales service: As part of our ongoing commitment
to you, our clients, we provide an industry leading ‘Timely Service’
approximately 9-12 months after your home has been completed. This means, all
the various sub-contractors and suppliers come to your home on a particular
pre-booked day, and check their workmanship and make good any defects.
Cupboard doors are adjusted, electrical fittings and fixtures are checked,
paint touch-ups are carried out, appliances supplied are inspected. Of
course, any defects that require urgent fixing will be attended to sooner,
but, it is our experience that, especially paint touch-ups should not be
carried out too soon after handover as natural settling and drying out occurs
in a new building.
It is good practice to delay the paint touch-ups until the
building has had the time to move and settle and this means, at least six
months, preferably nine months to a full year after completion. And, this is
why we combine the paint touch-ups with the full service, a service no other
builder carries out.
